I can't say enough good things about my experience! Last week, I brought my car in because it was making a strange grinding noise. I was a bit apprehensive, as I've had some rough experiences with other mechanics in the past. However, the staff here made me feel completely at ease. They listened patiently as I described the issue and took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my brakes. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also pointed out a couple of other minor issues that I was unaware of. Instead of pressuring me to get everything done immediately, they gave me a clear timeline and prioritized what was most urgent. Their transparency was refreshing, and I felt like I was treated fairly. The service was prompt, and my car was ready earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even had coffee available. My only suggestion would be to have a few more chairs in the waiting area, as it got a little crowded while I was there. Overall, though, this place saved my day and earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!
